This is a one-size beanie with a stretchy double-layer knit designed for a comfortable fit.

To keep your beanie and embroidery looking their best:

• Hand wash only

• Do not tumble dry

• Do not iron directly over the embroidery

• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

• Do not dry clean

• Allow to air dry

📦 MADE TO ORDER

Your Vix & Ink beanie isn't sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to pick it up.

Every beanie is embroidered to order, especially for you. Once your order comes through, it's made, packed and sent directly to you by our fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable.

Please allow 3–5 working days for production and dispatch, before delivery time is added on top.

Please note that the first time a design is embroidered, your order may take a few extra days to ship while your embroidery file is prepared.

There is also a one-time setup fee per design to convert the artwork into embroidery stitches.

🇬🇧 UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent using the delivery service selected at checkout.

Current Inkthreadable delivery estimates after your order has been produced and dispatched are:

• Royal Mail 24: 1–3 days

• Royal Mail 48: 2–5 days

• Courier: next working day

Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by weekends, bank holidays and carrier delays.

We like our packaging with a little less waste.

All orders ship in plastic-free, white-label packaging.

Most clothing and accessory orders are sent in custom paper mailing bags rather than being individually wrapped in plastic. Inkthreadable's mailing bags are strong, recyclable, compostable and weather-resistant.
