Vix and Ink is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

 

Please note that Vix and Ink operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from, or ship to, destinations outside the UK.

 

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the United Kingdom, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

 

To purchase from our store, you must provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, and delivery information (limited strictly to valid UK delivery addresses). SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT
We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our apparel and accessories as accurately as possible. However, the display settings of your device may alter product appearance, and we cannot guarantee your screen will accurately render the true product colour.

 

A selection of products in our storefront are custom-printed and made-to-order via our UK manufacturing partner, Inkthreadable. Production times for these specific items vary depending on seasonal demand and supplier stock blanks.

 

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND SEPARATE DELIVERY
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vix and Ink reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion, including stock outages from our printing partner. Your order is not legally accepted until we process your payment and send a dispatch confirmation email.

 

Because we manage a hybrid inventory layout, orders containing mixed items (such as in-house stock blended with print-on-demand items) may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will never be charged extra for split delivery processing.

 

If we cancel or make changes to an order (e.g., due to a supplier stock shortage), we will notify you immediately using the email or billing details provided at checkout.

 

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices posted in our online store are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £) and are subject to change without notice. Posted prices include domestic processing but exclude domestic UK shipping fees, which are calculated and clearly shown at checkout.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method and that all charges will be honoured by your financial institution.

 

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND TIMELINES
All delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Print-on-demand items strictly require 3 to 5 working days for physical production before they are transferred to our domestic carrier (such as Royal Mail). We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier service disruptions or adverse weather events outside our direct control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon carrier hand-off.

 

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Vix and Ink is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. However, any sales and transactions made in this storefront are executed directly with Vix and Ink. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not a party to your transaction and holds no liability arising from or related to your purchases or interactions with our business.

Occasionally, data may appear on our storefront containing typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, or production timelines. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update relevant details, or cancel impacted orders without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted. If an external printing blank outage directly impacts an active order, we will contact you immediately to arrange a comparable alternative garment or issue a full refund.
