CONTENT CREATOR COLLABORATION & GIFTING AGREEMENT

Welcome to our alternative studio circle! This Agreement outlines the mutual terms of your product collaboration with Vix & Ink. By accepting our gifted package or submitting an approved collaboration form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 
1. PRODUCT GIFTING & OWNERSHIP

Vix & Ink will supply, free of charge, the specifically agreed-upon product inventory selection (e.g., stationery bundles, characters, or alternative apparel) to the Creator. These products are provided solely for content creation purposes. Ownership of the physical items transfers to the Creator upon successful completion of the agreed deliverables.

 
2. MANDATORY CREATOR DELIVERABLES

 The Creator agrees to produce and publish content featuring the gifted items in accordance with the following strict timelines and specifications:

• Posting Window: All agreed content (e.g., 1 x TikTok Video or Instagram Reel) must be published live within 14 calendar days of Royal Mail confirming package delivery to the Creator's shipping address.
• Content Longevity: The Creator must keep the published collaboration content public, active, and fully viewable on their primary profile for a minimum of 12 consecutive months following the upload date.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS 

While the Creator retains baseline moral authorship of their video and photographic media, the Creator hereby grants Vix & Ink a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, download, copy, edit, repurpose, and republish the generated content. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying the media on the official Vix & Ink homepage, email newsletter broadcasts to subscribers, and organic social commerce feeds without any additional fee or ongoing compensation structure.

 
4. ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE & LEGAL DISCLOSURES 

To ensure strict compliance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Consumer Protection Regulations, the Creator legally binds themselves to display clear, prominent, and unambiguous commercial disclosures on all content. The disclosure must be visible immediately (above the mobile 'see more' fold) and explicitly use the approved regulatory labels (e.g., #Gifted or #Ad) within the video text overlay or primary caption context.

 
5. BRAND ALIGNMENT & MORALITY PROTECTION 

Vix & Ink is dedicated to cultivating a safe, warm, and highly inclusive subculture community for our alternative family. If the Creator engages in severe public controversy, targeted harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that directly conflicts with the core values of the Squidgelings Society, Vix & Ink reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the partnership, cancel any pending shipments, and legally demand the removal of all brand tags, brand representations, and mentions of Vix & Ink from the Creator's social channels.

6. AMENDMENTS & JURISDICTION 

This Agreement operates natively under the jurisdiction of English law. Any changes, specialised custom timelines, or adjustments to deliverables must be confirmed explicitly in writing via direct email communication to be deemed legally valid.
